Is this an app I have to learn?
No. Send your receipt and invoice photos through WhatsApp. We read them, sort the information into your records, and have a trained person check every item. There's also a private upload link if you prefer.
What does the £20 reservation cover?
Your £20 deposit reserves a place for the monthly service from April 2027 and comes off your first month. The service is £20 a month. If we don't launch the paid service, your deposit is refunded in full.
Does a real person check everything?
Yes. Software reads the photo first. A trained reviewer checks each item against the original document. If something is unclear, we ask you rather than guess.
Will you send my tax updates to HMRC?
Not yet. We prepare your checked digital records and a quarterly summary. We don't currently file tax returns or submit updates to HMRC. Filing is a future feature, and we'll be clear when that changes.
What can I send?
Receipt and invoice photos, including materials, tools, fuel and property expenses. For bank statements, use your private upload link. You can send as many receipts and invoices as you need.
Who can see my documents?
Your documents are stored privately. Our team accesses them to prepare and check your records. Our privacy notice explains how your information is handled and the services we use.
